Tax refund
You can get a refund of the VAT on goods purchased in stores affiliated with Global Blue or Planet if you reside outside Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
If you have made purchases in affiliated stores in Norway and want to get TAX, you can do this through Global Blue and Planet
How it works for Planet Tax free:
- Purchase goods for over 315 NOK at an affiliated store.
- You must bring your passport or ID card and your plane ticket.
- Ask for a tax-free check in the store before you go to the airport.
- Fill in the necessary information in the form, such as name, address, passport number, and credit card details.
- All items must be brought in hand luggage, as they must be shown to staff at ARK Bookstore.
- At the airport, go to the Planet counter (ARK Bookstore in the domestic terminal) to get the validation stamp.
- Once the form is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to your credit card.
For all transactions through Global Blue, contact Global Blue directly. Unfortunately, this cannot be processed at the airport.
Important to remember:
- Goods must be exported within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Remember to fill out all Planet Tax free forms with the correct information before you arrive at the airport.
- Ticket, passport, and goods will be checked before you receive the validation stamp.
- Refunds can take up to a few weeks to be credited to the account.
