Strike in the hotel and restaurant industry:

Due to the ongoing strike, travelers may experience limited food and beverage service at the airports in Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, and Oslo from Monday, May 18. There will still be food and beverage services available at all affected airports.

Lost property

If you have forgotten or lost something at the airport, you can contact the lost and found office.

Useful information when you have lost or forgotten something on your trip:

Missing checked baggage?

If your baggage did not arrive, is delayed, damaged, or you have taken the wrong bag from the baggage carousel, you must contact the airline's baggage handlers at the airport.

How long are items kept?

Lost items are kept at the lost and found office for three months and are then forwarded to Fretex or to the police lost and found office.

What if I have left the airport?

Register your lost item via MissingX. If the item is found, you can choose whether you want to pick it up at the airport or have it sent home.

How do I find my lost property?

Registration of a lost item is handled by the lost and found office. Otherwise, you can register it yourself through their systems.

Lost something on the way to or from the airport?

Items lost on the train on the way to or from the airport must be traced through the transport operator itself, e.g. the airport train or express bus.

Lost something on the plane?

At most airports, items left behind on the aircraft are delivered to the airport's lost and found office.

At the airports where baggage personnel are responsible, this is stated and contact information is provided on the lost and found page.
