Lost or left something behind while travelling? Here you can find information on how to search for lost property, report a missing item and contact the relevant airport or airline.
Search and report missing items
Have you lost something at Oslo, Bergen, Bodø, Tromsø, Trondheim or Stavanger airport?
- Use the lost and found service MissingX to search for/report what you lost.
Other options:
- Contact the airport lost and found office to see whether it has been handed in there.
- If it has not yet been handed in, you can contact the airline’s baggage representative at the airport - see contact information below.
If you have lost or forgotten something on your trip:
Lost something on the way to/from the airport?
Items lost on the way to or from the airport must be traced through the respective transport operator, e.g. the airport train or express bus.
Lost something on the plane?
Items left behind on the plane are delivered to the airport's lost and found office.
How long are found items kept?
Found items are kept at the airport lost and found office for 3 months. If they are not claimed, they will be forwarded to Fretex or to the police lost and found office.
What if I have left the airport?
Register your lost item via MissingX. If the item is found, you can choose to pick it up at the airport, or have it sent to you.
Missing checked baggage?
If your baggage did not arrive, is delayed, damaged, or you have grabbed the wrong bag from the baggage carousel, you must contact the airline's baggage handlers at the airport - see contact information below!
