Taxi Passing Agreement

To gain access to Avinor's designated area for passenger pickup, the permit holder or taxi central must enter into an access agreement with the relevant airport.

The agreement is made with the agreement administrator, Apcoa, who regulates the agreement on behalf of Avinor. For entering into an access agreement, contact Apcoa via email: .

The cost for new permit holders for registration of the access agreement and billing agreement is NOK 300, excluding VAT. The agreements are forwarded to the permit holder, and the access tag is activated when signed agreements are received by Apcoa. Tags that need replacement have a cost of NOK 500, excluding VAT.

The access agreement regulates access to the designated area for passenger pickup for vehicles with a valid taxi license.
