Lost and found

It's easy to leave something at the airport or on the plane. A kind soul may have taken care of your lost property and delivered it to lost property at the airport in question.

A lady with long brown hair stands with a little girl on her arm in front of a counter where the girl gets back a teddy bear she has forgotten on the plane or similar.

Useful information when you have lost or forgotten something on your trip:

Do all airports have lost property offices?

Some of our airports have their own lost property office and some airports do not. For those airports without a local lost property office, you can contact the airport directly. See contact information in the pink box below.

Note that the opening hours of the different offices vary, and usually correspond to the airport's departures and arrivals.

How long does lost property take care of things that are handed in?

The lost property office at the airport takes care of forgotten items that are found at the airport and handed in. Forgotten items are stored for three months and then sent on to Fretex or to the police's lost property office.

Have you lost something on the plane?

If you have lost or forgotten something on board a plane, you must contact the company that provides ground services to the airline you traveled with.
