The customs services for individuals and businesses are available on weekdays. For travelers, the services are open 24/7. Travelers can contact Customs at the boarding points for assistance.
If you are expecting a package from abroad, contact the carrier, as they are responsible for customs processing. You can track the package here

When traveling with animals, you must go through the red zone and contact the Customs Agency, which enforces the regulations for the importation of animals. Familiarize yourself with the rules in advance and
contact the Norwegian Food Safety Authority if you have questions.

If you bring more than 25,000 Norwegian kroner to or from Norway, you must declare the amount to the Customs Service. It is free to declare, and the form must be filled out in advance, either digitally or handwritten.

You can bring a duty-free allowance of alcohol and tobacco after traveling abroad. If you exceed the allowance, you can declare the goods in the red zone. This can also be done using the customs declaration machine or the allowance app.

If you have dutiable or restricted goods in forgotten or forwarded luggage, these must be declared in the red zone at Customs. If you discover that you have forgotten goods before you pass through customs, you can contact the airline at the baggage carousels for assistance.
Foreign residents can claim a refund of value-added tax for goods exported to abroad. Make sure to show the item to the Customs Authority upon departure and fill out the refund form (RD-0032) from the seller.
Note! The refund form must be returned to the seller before the refund can be paid out.
