Terms and Conditions Fly and Shine AS

Dear customer

We at Fly and Shine are pleased that you have chosen us. We will take care of your car in a safe and good manner so that your car is in good hands. Fly and Shine wants your experience to be as good as possible and therefore asks that you read the guidelines before handing over the car. 

Valuables/Loose items

Remove all valuables and loose items to prevent them from being lost or damaged during the service. Permanently installed equipment such as GPS, DAB adapter, etc. can of course remain. Items like the vehicle registration card, service booklet, etc. that are in the glove compartment can also remain as we don’t need access to them. All trash must be removed from the car. Child seats, etc., must be loosened, and checked to ensure they are sufficiently secured upon arrival. 

Inform about damages or similar that may affect the service

If the car has damages, you must inform us so we can accommodate for them. If repairs have been recently performed on the car, you must inform us; recently completed paintwork that hasn’t fully cured can, for example, be damaged by pressure washing.

Car treatment and key storage

1. If you have booked parking in parking garage P4 or P7, you should park the car in the Fly and Shine area (signed). If you have booked in P8, park the car where there is an available spot.

2. Car keys are to be delivered to the drop safe located at the exit of parking garage P4.

3. The car is driven from the parking area to Fly and Shine to perform the agreed-upon service, and then driven back to the parking area. The car will be driven by Fly and Shine’s staff in a responsible manner. Should an accident still occur during driving/transport or while performing the agreed work, Fly and Shine will cover the damages.

4. Car keys are collected from: the drop safe in the arrival terminal near the Avinor Service Center. You will receive a code via SMS when the car is ready; this code is used to open the drop safe/coded locker.

Car Wash and Authorized Workshop 

The exterior wash is performed using Istobal MNEX 32 machines, which are the latest technology. Environmentally friendly chemicals are used as much as possible. Most of the water is also recycled or treated in safe ways. Fly and Shine is partnered with Kvål Auto, which has all necessary authorizations to perform EU inspections.
