    Last updated: March 5, 2025

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "terms") show the date they were last updated. They may be changed as needed. The terms associated with a specific booking are those posted at the time of booking. Do not assume that previous terms apply to future bookings.

1 – Consent to Terms upon Purchase

By booking, these terms are considered accepted. The buyer must actively confirm that they have been read before the booking can be completed and paid for. By accepting the terms, the buyer consents to two things:

    1. The buyer accepts their responsibility in connection with the booking, as stated in these terms
    2. The buyer accepts that Avinor shares purchase data with the parking operator so that they can provide the service.

It is possible for the buyer to give additional consents during the customer journey; these do not happen automatically but must be actively done by the buyer in connection with the purchase or in "MyProfile," and may involve acceptance of newsletters, offers, etc.

4 – Booking Confirmation and Receipt

The buyer receives a confirmation of the booking at the provided email address. The confirmation is the receipt. It contains a unique reference number and other important information about the booking.

    5 – Buyer's Responsibility

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the details in the email confirmation are correct. The buyer must check that the time period and parking area are correct, the correct license plate number is entered, and be aware of the details regarding deadlines for changes and cancellations, and any other information.

The buyer is responsible for their booking, making changes according to the deadline, and notifying any errors early. Avinor or the parking operator is not responsible for additional costs due to errors, lack of booking/change/cancellation, incorrect use of discount codes, etc. This applies regardless of the cause, including technical issues or payment errors.

Other points in these terms will go through details about this responsibility.

    6 – Available Products

Once the desired parking time in the calendar is selected, available offers will be shown. Bookings usually need to be made at least 2 hours before entry. Some products may have special requirements or restrictions. If the desired product does not appear, it could be due to time constraints, sold-out spots, or other restrictions.

Try searching at random times in the future to get an overview.

    7 – Prices

All prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.The bank transaction will show that the purchase has been paid to the parking operator.

The prices for booking may vary from the prices for "regular parking." The price on the screen is based on the time of booking, parking duration, product, parking area, season, and availability. When a booking is made, the price at the time of purchase is considered accepted by the buyer.

8 – One uninterrupted stay with entry and exit

A booking applies to one complete uninterrupted stay, with entry and exit for the same car. If you exit the parking area earlier than you have booked for, the booking will be considered completed. If you re-enter within the same booking time, it will start a new parking session for which you will be charged in full.

9 – Parking beyond the booked period

If you exceed the booked parking time, a new parking period will automatically start. The new parking period is charged from the end of your booked time and does not include the booked and already paid period. The new parking period must be paid regardless of the reason for extending the time, and it is charged at the normal rate (as an unbooked parking).

Cars not picked up 30 days after the departure time in the booking are considered abandoned. Such cars will be towed away at the owner's expense and charged for the parking time used.If you are unable to pick up the car before this time, you must contact the parking operator to prevent this.

    10 – Change and Cancellation

Manage your booking at avinor.no. On the parking page of the relevant airport, there is "change/cancel." You can also make changes in MyProfile if you have set one up. All changes or cancellations must be made by the purchaser within a set deadline. Avinor or the parking operator does not make changes or cancellations due to events such as bad weather, public regulations, changes by airlines, or other events.

11 – Deadlines for changes and cancellations

For Onepark airports (see list in point 3): Conditions for changes and cancellations depend on the product you have purchased. Personal information and registration numbers can always be changed up to 2 hours before the parking starts. Standard: - Can be changed, canceled, and refunded in the first 24 hours after purchasing the parking. - After 24 hours from the time of purchase, you cannot change, cancel, or get a refund for the booking. Flex: - Can be canceled and changed up until 2 hours before the parking starts.

    • Increase in duration may lead to an additional charge.
    • Reduction in duration entitles a refund of the difference.
    • Once the parking has started, the duration cannot be changed.
    • Change of parking area must be done at least 2 hours before the parking starts.

For Apcoa airports (see list in point 3): All changes and cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the confirmed entry time in the booking.

12 – What can be changed

Within the deadline, the following elements can be changed in a booking:

Change of parking area or times: Depending on the changes made, there may be an additional charge, or a refund of the difference. If the desired parking product is not available at the time of change, an alternative product is selected or the reservation is canceled. The same reference number as before is retained, new confirmation/receipt is received by email.

Change of personal details: These are details such as name, email address, and license plate number of the car. There are no financial transactions associated with changes to personal details, the original booking, including the reference number, is retained.New confirmation/receipt is received by email.

Change and cancellation after parking time has started: You cannot change or cancel after the parking time has started.See the section for "deadlines for changes and cancellations." Fees for changes and cancellations: There are usually no fees for changes/cancellations. If any do apply, it will be clearly described.

    13 – Refunds

Refunds are only made to the payment card used for the original booking. The refund processing time is determined by the card issuer. To receive a refund, the buyer may be asked to present a receipt and reference number. Booked parking time that has not been used, in whole or in part, will not be refunded. No compensation or refund will be given for deficiencies or interruptions of the booking service. Neither Avinor nor the parking operator are obligated to refund any additional costs as a result of a booking/change/cancellation.

14 – Entry with "incorrect" license plate number or in the "wrong" parking area

The booking only applies to the license plate number provided and the parking area purchased. Contact the parking operator immediately if an error is discovered. You risk being charged extra.

15 – Standard terms for parking

"Standard terms for parking" always apply to all parking. This is duly informed at the parking areas. You can also familiarize yourself with these on the websites of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Parking Complaints Board, and Lovdata. If there are discrepancies between these terms and "Standard Terms," the "Standard Terms" will take precedence.

    16 – Security and Safety

Avinor and the parking operator ensure that the parking areas are as secure and safe as possible. Travelers park at their own responsibility and risk. Avinor and the parking operator cannot be held liable for any losses or damages occurring to cars or belongings, unless such damage or theft is caused by negligence from Avinor/the parking operator, and only to the extent that this negligence directly caused the damage. Any damages to or theft from a car occurring during your stay must be reported to the parking operator before leaving the parking area. Also contact the police to report the incident and the insurance company.

17 – Parking Spaces Reserved for

Other Purposes If you park in parking spaces that are reserved for specific purposes without having the right to do so, you risk being charged a control fee. Reserved spaces may include, for example, handicap spaces (you must have a valid handicap permit in the car), spaces for electric cars (without having an electric car charging), and similar. Reserved spaces are always well-marked.

    18 – Privacy

All personal information that users of the parking booking solution provide is processed in accordance with applicable Norwegian laws and strict privacy guidelines.
