Booking a taxi is easy:
The distance to Bergen city center is 16 kilometers. The journey takes approximately 18 minutes under normal traffic conditions.
To book a taxi, use the Fast Travel kiosks.
Bergen Airport has five kiosks located at the exit in the domestic arrivals area and at the taxi stand just outside the terminal building.
Enter your destination, customize the trip to your needs, specify the amount of luggage, and choose a vehicle (including options with wheelchair access or a child seat).
Accessibility mode ensures that everyone can travel comfortably, with a dedicated booking flow for visually impaired passengers. You can also choose a vehicle with wheelchair access.
Once you have made your selection, scan the QR code to view the trip details and get the price in advance.
As of November 1, the Professional Transport Act will change, allowing more operators to run taxi services in Norway. Travelers should be aware that prices may vary, and taxi drivers are required to inform passengers of the fixed price before the trip begins.
