Avinor's total revenue is approximately 7400 million NOK. Around 56 % of the revenue comes from aeronautical charges paid by airlines. Other revenues are mainly derived from commercial activities like parking, hotels, rental income and other use of Avinor's infrastructure.

Avinor is self-financed, where operation of non-profitable airports and other obligations is financed with the profit made by the largest airports. Avinor does not receive state subsidies.

The company’s total assets are around 20.1 billion NOK with an equity share of around 46 %.
