Lost luggage must be reported within 24 hours after arrival. Damaged luggage must be reported within 7 days after arrival.

SAS Ground Services serves SAS, Widerøe, KatoAir, Spanair, Balkan Holidays, Euro Cypria, Sun Express and Air Via. SAS baggage service’s office is next to the baggage retrieval belt.
