Tax refund	Where can we get the refund on our value-added tax? Global Tax Free Refunds are paid at the Point kiosk (2nd floor, Terminal A). Please bring the product you purchased along with you to the kiosk.
Duty Free opening hours	Are the duty free stores open when we travel? The duty free stores are open in connection with all arriving and departing flights (international), regardless of when these flights arrive in a 24-hour period. This applies to the stores in both the departure and arrival hall.
Check-in time	How early should I arrive prior to check-in? This varies from airline to airline. In general, we recommend you arrive at the airport 1 hour prior to departure for domestic flights and 2 hours prior to international departures. Mornings can be very busy. This is why we recommend arriving about 1.5 hours before departures for all destinations. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check in your luggage the day before departure. Some companies offer check-in earlier on flight day, providing they have enough storage capacity that day.
Storage	Where can I store keys and other luggage? Storing luggage can be done in luggage lockers in the Terminal A arrival hall. 7eleven provides a key storage service.
Lost articles	Who handles lost property at the airport? Securitas handles all property lost or found around the airport. Phone number +47 67 03 45 06. Objects found on board airplanes will be handled by the airline that owns the aircraft.
Transportation downtown	How? Downtown Tromsø is approximately 5 km away from the airport. You can reach Tromsø by airport bus (Flybussen), city bus (Bybussen – routes 40 and 42), or taxi. More information about buses can be found here.
Luggage	What should I do if I lose my luggage? The two handling companies have offices where you can enquire about missing or lost luggage.
Parking	Where can I park, and what does parking cost? There are 6 different parking areas around the airport. The least expensive is P11, located farthest away from the terminal. Europark runs the parking sites.
Wireless network	Is it possible to log on to internet at the airport? Free wireless internet. Select the wireless network AIRPORT. Open your web browser and the home page will appear. Select GRATIS Wi-Fi and follow the instructions and you will receive username and password via SMS. Log in.

Flight arrival times	Has an airplane landed yet? Screens are strategically located around the airport's arrival hall for this. You can also get flight arrival information on internet: www.avinor.no, or from Avinor's Service Centre in the arrival hall. It takes passengers about 5-10 minutes before entering the arrival hall from domestic flights and about 15-20 minutes for international flights. (Depending on whether a passenger chooses to shop at the duty free area upon arrival.)
