Fagernes Airport, Leirin, is ideally located for a stop, on your way from East to West, or from South to North in Norway. This is one of Norway’s most beautifully situated Airports, by the foot of the Jotunheimen National Park, and is also known for its unique architecture. Free parking for non-commercial planes.
Catering
The airport has a self-service cafeteria where you can buy coffee/tea, sodas, chocolate and muffins. It’s also possible to order catering in advance by contacting Valdres Catering A/S.

Fueling
Fagernes Airport offers both Jet A-1 and 100LL. Contact the airport services for bunkering. Please be aware that there is a fee for bunkering outside regular opening hours.

Payment of fees
Aviation fees should be paid for every flight at the traffic office in the Terminal building. Exit via the airport guard. Season passes and weekly passes can no longer be ordered directly from your local airport. Avinor is developing an electronic payment system at avinor.no (Please note that the weekly passes are for foreign non-commercial planes only.

The buyer will then receive an invoice. The season pass expires after 31.12.2011.
Local Airport Members
Valdres Aero Club was founded in 1946 and has 3 motor airplanes and 3 gliders. They are a licensed flight school for both motor planes and gliders and are in addition the only flight school in the country licensed that teaches flying with both ski- and float planes.
