Customs

The customs offices are located in the international departures hall. These offices are staffed as long as there is arriving or departing international air traffic.

There is a service counter where one can contact customs officers by ringing a buzzer.

Note that if your trip is cancelled, goods must be returned to the duty free store.

The customs officers are at the airport during charter departures and arrivals.

Police

The police have their own offices in the terminal building and are available during charter departures and arrivals. Emergency passports must be ordered at Bodø police station.
